It was wonderful to see many of you at services over the High Holidays.  Reb Daniel Lev, Shari Berman, our wonderful band and hardworking board members created a moving and joyous experience.  We are on a roll and our next event is the Sukkot celebration and annual meeting, which will take place Sunday, October 8th at the home of Ruth Ader and Sherrill Cawn 73-1232 Melo Melo in Kona Palisades.
For those able to help set up and decorate the sukkah, please arrive at 10 AM. Then at 10:30AM we will start with the annual congregational meeting, follow with a short board meeting, gather in our sukkah for brief holiday blessings and complete the event with a potluck brunch. We will provide bagels and cream cheese. Your contributions of salads, spreads and fruit are most welcome (NO pork or shellfish, please). This is the original harvest festival, so let us celebrate the bounty from the earth.

Coming soon
Please plan to join in our Simchat Torah – Shabbat celebration on Friday, October 13th 6pm at the Hawaii Queen Coffee Garden. Members of Kona’s Traveling Jewish Wedding Band will provide joyous music to dance with the Torah.
If you have not yet paid your annual membership, we invite you to do so via our website or bring a check to the next event.  Any amount paid so far for High Holiday tickets will be credited.
We are incomplete without you.
