Community Passover Seder

The members of Congregation Kona Beth Shalom cordially invite you to join our Community Passover Seder on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at the Hawaiian Queen Coffee Garden, 75-1048 Henry Street, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. The doors open at 5:30 pm and the Seder begins promptly at 6:00 pm. KBS President Vic Greenspan and Dr. Barry Blum, assisted by members of the congregation, will conduct the Seder. Our recent Seders have been splendid events. We anticipate another delicious meal and joyous celebration this year!
All attendees must be fully vaccinated or have results of a recent negative COVID-19 test. Seating will be by family groups and with appropriate social distancing.
The dinner menu includes salad with gefilte fish and matzo ball soup, followed by a main course of brisket or vegetarian patty, marinated roasted vegetables, olive oil roasted potatoes, and dessert with coffee and tea, served family and buffet style. We will also provide matzo, kosher wine, eggs in salt water, charoseth and other ceremonial foods on the traditional Seder Plate.
Reservations and payments must be received before April 1, to assure seats.
